Storytelling Dinner at 8:00 PM

A Multisensory Experience From 6:00 PM, enjoy a pesto-making workshop: learn the iconic gestures of Ligurian cuisine with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and tradition to share. From 8:00 PM, dinner comes to life in the halls of MamaGina and Hotel Gardenia, with a menu narrated by journalist Claudio Porchia, blending ingredients, territories, and Ligurian stories.

Green pie as appetizer – a symbol of Ligurian identity and authenticity

Gnocchi with pesto – MamaGina’s tradition meets the queen of sauces: basil, EVO oil, garlic, pine nuts, and cheese Ligurian-style rabbit – Taggiasca olives, pine nuts, aromatic herbs: a perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness, telling the story of authentic Liguria

Stroscia ligure – a dry, fragrant, and convivial dessert, to break and share, for a simple and emotional finale

Water, coffee, and cover charge included
